Account Cancellation Policy

This Account Cancellation Policy explains how you can request the cancellation (deletion) of your Up Connections account, what happens to your data, and what timelines may apply.

When you submit, your email app will open so you can complete sending the request.

1. How to request cancellation

To request account cancellation, contact our support team and provide enough information for us to identify your account (for example: the email used to register).

For your security, we may ask for additional verification before processing the request.

2. Processing timelines

We will start processing your request as soon as possible after verification.

In some cases, cancellation may take a short period to complete due to technical or legal requirements.

3. Data and content after cancellation

After cancellation, your access to the app and services will be revoked.

We may delete or anonymize personal data as required by applicable law. Certain records may be retained when necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.

4. Subscriptions and payments

If you have a subscription or in-app purchase, cancellations and refunds are governed by the policies of the store where you subscribed (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Cancelling your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription in the store.

5. Reactivation

Once an account is cancelled, reactivation may not be possible. If you decide to return, you may need to create a new account.
